ADRIANO PANTALEO BIOGRAPHY :
Adriano Pantaleo (Naples, 9 September 1983) is an Italian actor. In 1992 he made his debut in cinema at a very young age with the films Ci hai rotto papà by Castellano and Pipolo (released the following year) and Io spero che me la cavo by Lina Wertmüller. He became famous playing the role of Spillo in the two seasons of the TV miniseries Amico mio (1993 and 1998), with Massimo Dapporto, with whom he returned to work in the two seasons of Casa famiglia (2001 and 2003); in the last year he also plays the role of Pino, a young bartender, in the TV series Il bello delle donne 3. In 2008 he acted at the theater with the show Gomorrah, based on the homonymous novel by Roberto Saviano. In 2008, 2010 and 2011 he took part in the three seasons of the TV series Tutti pazzi per amore, where he played Gennaro Capone (one of the water polo players coached by Paolo, Emilio Solfrizzi). He graduated from Sapienza – University of Rome, in “Performing Arts and Sciences”. He is married, with two children. He appeared in the television adaptation of Natale in casa Cupiello by Sergio Castellitto, where he plays Luca’s son.
YARI GUGLIUCCI BIOGRAPHY :
Yari Gugliucci (Salerno, 15 October 1974) is an Italian actor. Born in Salerno, Yari (name of Sioux origin) spent his childhood and adolescence there. Already at the age of 13 he made his debut at the San Genesio theater in Salerno. After graduating from high school, in 2001 he graduated in sociology at the University of Salerno and subsequently obtained a master’s degree in philosophy. He made his film debut in 1996 with the film Isotta by Maurizio Fiume, a director who in 2003 entrusted him with the role of Giancarlo Siani, a Neapolitan journalist murdered by the Camorra in 1985, in the film E io ti seguo. There is no shortage of collaborations with great directors, such as Lina Wertmüller in Ferdinando e Carolina (1999), where she plays the role of Gennarino Rivelli, a friend of the Bourbon King, and in the television film Francesca e Nunziata (2001), and as the Taviani Brothers in the television miniseries Luisa Sanfelice (2004), in the role of the Jacobin Michele Capopolo. Polish director Rebinsky wants him in his adaptation of William Shakespeare’s The Tempest, in the role of Caliban, alongside Michelle Pfeiffer and Kevin Kline. In Great Britain Gugliucci also shoots the television film co-produced by BBC and HBO, La mia casa in Umbria, by Richard Loncraine (2003), alongside Maggie Smith and Timothy Spall, with whom he works again in 2008 in the remake of Camera con vista, by Nicholas Renton produced by Itv. Yari Gugliucci then works in television playing the role of a strange divorce lawyer in Cuore contro cuore by Riccardo Mosca. With Stefano Reali he shot the television miniseries Eravamo solo mille (2006), in the role of the last King of Naples, Francesco II, and Caruso, la voce dell’amore (2012), in that of Giovanni Caruso. He is the author of the novel Billy Sacramento.
