DAVIDE MUMOLO BIOGRAPHY :
He began rowing at the age of 11, growing up in the footsteps of two great Italian singles players such as Simone Martini and Gennaro Di Mauro. He has now been a regular with the senior national team since the historic 2017, the year in which he was part of the eight that won the bronze medal at the World Championships in Sarasota. For him, rowing is a lifestyle, through which he learns not to give up in difficult moments and to never give up. In 2022 he tries his hand at double sculls, before starting his singles adventure at the beginning of 2023. Organized and meticulous even in his studies, his nickname is ‘Wikipedia’ and he has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Genoa, his hometown. He is a lover of motorbike travel and for him obstacles are made to be overcome.
