Original silver 120 Grana coin, dated 1856, struck during the reign of Ferdinand II of Bourbon, ruler of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.

The obverse features the right-facing portrait of Ferdinand II with the legend FERDINANDVS II DEI GRATIA REX and the date below. The reverse displays the crowned coat of arms of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, with the legend REGNI VTR. SIC. and denomination G. 120.
