DREW STRUZAN BIOGRAPHY :
Drew Struzan (March 18, 1947 – October 13, 2025) was an American retired artist, illustrator and cover designer. He was known for illustrating more than 150 movie posters. Some movie posters he worked on were for The Shawshank Redemption, Blade Runner, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, Harry Potter, and Star Wars movie series. He won a Saturn Award in 2002. In March 2025, it was revealed that Struzan had been living with Alzheimer’s disease and had to retire. He died on October 13, 2025 in Pasadena, California at the age of 78.
