LINUS BIOGRAPHY :
Linus, pseudonym of Pasquale Di Molfetta (born October 30, 1957, in Foligno), is an Italian radio and television host and artistic director of Radio Deejay since 1996. Since April 23, 2020, he has been editorial director of the GEDI group’s radio station. He has been president of Elemedia since May 8, 2025. He began his career as a disc jockey and radio announcer in the late 1970s, working at several stations in and around Milan. He eventually joined the Radio Deejay team, recruited by Claudio Cecchetto, who also launched him on television by having him host the Italia 1 show Deejay Television. Since 1996, he has succeeded Cecchetto as artistic director of Radio Deejay, continuing to host the morning show Deejay Chiama Italia, which sparked his artistic partnership with Nicola Savino, and the evening show Cordialmente with the musical group Elio e le Storie Tese. For brief periods, he also directed Radio Capital and Radio m2o, and was responsible for the television channel Deejay TV. Over the course of his career, he has also hosted several television programs for Italia 1 and Rai 2, curated several recording projects, and published five books.
