This is the posthumous work of Professor Francesco Soave, enriched with a summary of Ovid’s Metamorphoses, conceived as an educational and scholarly volume, particularly intended for young students and academic readers of the period.

Printed in Naples in 1832 by Tipografia di Gabriele Gentile, the book includes an engraved frontispiece illustration depicting the gods of Olympus, as well as a complete index and structured chapters covering Greek and Roman mythology.
