Massimo Ranieri supports History Life Onlus

History Life thanks Massimo Ranieri – italian singer, actor, television presenter and director – for gifting the charity orgnization 163 signed music CDs to be put in auction in order to support charitable causes. Ranieri has had a long career: he made his TV debut as a singer in 1966 and by 1969 he achieved success and became a teen idol when he sang “O Sole Mio” on live TV. He also represented Italy in the 1971 Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin, Ireland, where he placed 5th with the song “L’Amore E’ Un Attimo”. Among the highlights of his career he also won the Sanremo Festival in 1988 and started a concert tour of Italy in 2007 titled “Canto perché non-so nuotare…da 40 anni” which lasted for more than two years, with more than 500 shows and was ultimately made into a CD and DVD which went platinum.
